my source is analoge pal STB and i want to encode live streaming to FMS wordwide (us and europe)
what is diffrent between pal and ntsc?
what is best method to config?

what is the diffrent to encode in pal...If your source is PAL then use PAL settings, ie resolution that is the same aspect ratio of the PAL signal and also no more than 25fps. When being viewed on a computer it really doesn閳ユ獩 matter as the client isn閳ユ獩 constrained to formats like that.
You will probably get a better quality encode from PAL as the slightly lower frame rate means more bits per frame. Colours are usually more reliable from PAL also
