Another Word to .pdf conversion problem

I have been trying all morning to to convert a file of merged letters into individual pdf documents.?Every time I do this I get an error notepad message saying that the font WP-MathB could not be embedded.?Nowhere in my word document is there this font!?P_lease - if anyone knows the answer to this please let me know.?I've got to get these letters emailed ASAP!

Another Word to .pdf conversion problem

It was not embedded, but the sound of your post suggests that the PDF was still created. Is that correct. If not, go into the settings, select the font tab, and select warn and continue. That way you should get the PDF even if there is an embedding issue.

Hi - thanks for the info. The pdf was not created. All I got was the message and the rest of the print job was scrubbed. I will try what you suggested and see what happens. Thanks.

Hi! Just FYI - I finally got the merged document to print to pdf after I removed the footer. I think the problem was a logo that is inserted into our letterhead footer. Single documents pdf just fine. But maybe a merged document is too much with that logo in it. Anyway, I went to the font settings as you suggested and they were already set at warn and continue.

You might try to update your application. WORD needs updates just like Acrobat. May not solve the problem, but worth the try.
