Premier Pro CS3 won't play sound

I bought a new computer and downloaded Premier on it. When I try to open it a window appears that says ''The currently installed soundcard driver does not support Direct Sound Input. Recording audio is not possible''. So, I don't get audio in Premier. I had this happen before when I bought a new computer a couple years ago. I downloaded something fo free to make it work, I just don't remember what. I think the soundcard that is on my computer now is Realtek Audio. Can someone please help me with this?

First, update your Realtek drivers. Then try downloading and installing

Now Premier doesn't show the video but I can hear the audio and the editing screens show the ausio wave, but again, without the video. any suggestions?
