How can I get rid of green pixelation...

I recently finished a film that ended on the 18-minute mark. When the film was done, I deleted everything except the finished video file to save space. I had to use this finished video file to cut a 15-minute version of the film for a festival next weekend. I submitted the cut-down version, but it will only be played on the grounds that I can submit a version without the green pixelation that seems to have been caused upon importing the finished video file. Is this a known problem? What can I do to fix this? Here are the technical specifications.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS4

I know, very big mistake.

Never mind, the festival managers were ''so impressed'' by the film that they're okay with showing the slightly-pixelated version. Thanks anyway.

It says something good about your art when technical errors are overlooked.
