need efficient menu method/template

Hi,

My DVD project has 20+ screens of menus.

Each screen is laid out in PhotoShop with the title of the section, a listing of clickable video title options (usually about 7 or 8 items), and a bottom nav with the following options:

%26lt; (icon for previous screen) Main Menu Advanced Series Menu (icon for next screen)?%26gt;

What is the most efficient way to use Encore for the bottom nav menu?

Currently I have each menu built in PS and the bottom nav is a layer set that I include in each of the **numerous**?PS files for each menu screen.

The problem is, when I'm asked to make changes to the nav (change a word, adjust positioning, etc) it's VERY time consuming to edit each and every PS file.... very redundant.

Is it possible to create a template of the bottom nav ONLY and then lay it ''on top'' of each Table of Contents menu screen? Will that create havoc with button routing?

It just seems there's a more efficient way to do this than my limited knowledge of Encore. I'm hoping to be able to set it up so if I make a change, it will be reflected on all 20 or 30 screens that use that nav.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
