Good book for extension building

I want to build my own extensions on Dreamweaver CS 4 but so far I looked I've only see books for Dreamweaver 8 or MX2004. Does anyone know a good book to begin with?

I think that by writing my own extensions I can save a lot of time in the future..

I'm not aware of any recent book that specifically covers extensions, but the basics of extension building haven't changed much in a number of versions of Dreamweaver, so a MX04 or 8 labeled book should be fine for getting started.?Also, I beleive that some of the general Dreamweaver books provide a little coverage of customizing Dreamweaver. You'd also do well to read all of the extending documentation:

However, for many folks, using Snippets is a ''good enough'' solution to save time.
